1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service
JewConnect is a platform designed to promote and connect Users with businesses (“Businesses”) that may be of
interest to them. The Platform serves as a directory and networking tool to facilitate connections between Users and
Businesses.

3. Limitation of Liability Regarding Business Interactions
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT JEWCONNECT SOLELY PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR CONNECTING
USERS AND BUSINESSES. JEWCONNECT DOES NOT PROVIDE, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THE SERVICES,
PRODUCTS, OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY BUSINESS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT JEWCONNECT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY
INTERACTIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AGREEMENTS, OR DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN USERS AND
BUSINESSES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR SUITABILITY
OF ANY BUSINESS’S SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, THE ACCURACY OF THEIR LISTINGS, OR THE FULFILLMENT
OF ANY AGREEMENTS.

ANY DEALINGS YOU HAVE WITH BUSINESSES LISTED ON JEWCONNECT ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND

JewConnect – Terms of Service

THE RESPECTIVE BUSINESS. JEWCONNECT WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO, OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR MONITORING, ANY SUCH DEALINGS.

4. User and Business Owner Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS AND DEALINGS WITH OTHER USERS AND
BUSINESS OWNERS ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM. This includes conducting your own due diligence, making
informed decisions, and taking all necessary precautions when interacting with others.

Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, the quality of their services and
products, and their interactions with Users.

5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and
software) are owned by JewConnect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to:
– Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,
libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
– Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
– Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks
connected to the Platform.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason
whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. JEWCONNECT MAKES NO
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE
DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JEWCONNECT, ITS
AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE
LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR ANY
INTERACTIONS WITH BUSINESSES LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JewConnect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents,
suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your interactions with
Businesses or other Users, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to
its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will
try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be
determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective,
you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
